From one workshop package to a complete factory air station.
Start with the equipment format that suits your production. An integrated package combines air generation, drying, storage and filtration; a standalone compressor allows each element to be planned separately. VSD and fixed-speed choices should be compared against the load pattern, while two-stage equipment can be reviewed for sustained industrial demand.
Our wider supply range covers 7.5–37 kW integrated packages, 7.5–280 kW single-stage compressors and 22–450 kW two-stage compressors. The model pages show a selected online range. If your requirement falls outside these listings, send the working pressure and air demand for a model-specific proposal.
Choose single-stage or two-stage rotary screw air compressors, 4-in-1 compressor packages with dryers and receivers, or laser-cutting air packages with listed 15.5 bar data for compatible 3000W and 6000W fiber laser cutters. Refrigerated and twin-tower desiccant air dryers, precision filters and service parts complete the range. Ask MATEOU to review a 16 bar requirement separately.
Compare at the working pressure
Read motor power together with pressure-specific air delivery in m³/min and CFM. Confirm the pressure needed at the production equipment and account for the treatment system and distribution layout.
Choose the air-treatment duty
Specify moisture, particle and oil requirements for the application. Refrigerated and desiccant drying have different duties. Filters and receiver storage should be selected as part of the whole system.
Confirm the supplied configuration
Review voltage, frequency, phase, motor protection, components and installation dimensions. A useful equipment quotation makes the supply scope clear, including any separate dryer, receiver, filters or spare parts.
Thick enclosure panels and acoustic insulation
Our enclosure panels are made from thick material conforming to Chinese national standards. The rigid panels help reduce resonance and provide stable support for the enclosure. Internal thermal and acoustic insulation lining helps reduce operating noise.
