MANUFACTURING & COOPERATION
Our production base in Xunwu, Jiangxi, brings together dedicated compressor and refrigerated-dryer production lines, with work covering sheet-metal fabrication, powder coating, assembly and testing. Our operations centre and warehouse are in Shenzhen, Guangdong.
If you have sourced equipment from China, especially a custom-built machine, you know how much clear communication and consistent follow-up matter. The MATEOU team confirms the requirements with you, follows production and quality checks, and keeps you informed through to dispatch.

Our enclosure panels are made from thick material conforming to Chinese national standards. The rigid panels help reduce resonance and provide stable support for the enclosure. Internal thermal and acoustic insulation lining helps reduce operating noise.

Our three-phase air compressors can be configured for 220V–230V, 380V, 415V, 420V or 480V, with 50Hz or 60Hz supply. Specify voltage, frequency and phase when requesting a quotation.

We review the application, working pressure, air demand, operating hours and power supply. Air treatment, receiver storage, installation conditions and OEM requirements are included when applicable, so the equipment proposal reflects the project.
Request the operating and maintenance information for the supplied configuration. Review electrical supply, ventilation, connections and condensate drainage before installation. Any on-site installation or service arrangement is confirmed separately for the order and destination.
Your MATEOU contact follows your enquiry, tells you what information is needed and arranges technical or parts support. Send the model, serial number, alarm details, operating conditions and photos or video. For replacement parts, include the existing part number and dimensions.
EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
MATEOU offers a two-year equipment warranty. The applicable coverage, starting date, claim procedure and any exclusions are confirmed in the quotation and order documents for the selected equipment.
Before order, review how consumables, replacement parts, labour, freight and any on-site work are treated under your terms. Keep the serial number, purchase record and maintenance information. Warranty enquiries are assessed against the agreed terms and the condition of the equipment.

Send the nameplate, model, existing component labels and clear photos. We review your equipment details and confirm compatibility before recommending parts, helping you keep production moving.
