Twin-tower desiccant adsorption with micro-heat regeneration
Selection inputs
Air flow / inlet temperature / working pressure / required air quality
Electrical configuration
Frequency, phase and final voltage confirmed with quotation
Air treatment
Pre-filtration and downstream dust filtration matched to the application
Other configurations
Heatless models available on request
Rated air flow capacity is the compressed-air flow the dryer can treat, not air produced by the dryer. Match the rating basis, inlet and ambient temperatures, working pressure and required pressure dew point to your system. For desiccant dryers, allow for regeneration air when assessing the net flow available to production.

SERIES OVERVIEW
Micro-heat regeneration for controlled moisture removal.
SJKW micro-heat regenerative desiccant air dryers use twin adsorption towers to remove water vapour from compressed air. One tower dries the air while the other regenerates using micro-heat. They serve moisture-sensitive pneumatic processes and installations requiring a lower pressure dew point than refrigerated drying.
Nine selected micro-heat models are shown, covering catalogue flow capacities from 1.5 to 27 m³/min. Choose the dryer by the required pressure dew point and the actual inlet conditions. Discuss the regeneration arrangement and its air or electrical requirements as part of the complete system. Heatless alternatives are also available on request.
01 / MATEOU
Start with the moisture specification
Define the pressure dew point required by the application and the lowest temperature the downstream pipework may experience. Confirm the achievable rating for the selected configuration before choosing the equipment.
02 / MATEOU
Protect the drying media
The upstream treatment arrangement should suit the dryer requirements and the condition of the compressed air. Appropriate filtration and condensate control help protect the adsorbent; downstream filtration may be needed to control desiccant dust.
03 / MATEOU
Allow for regeneration duty
Include the regeneration requirement in the air-station review rather than counting only the production airflow. Compare the selected micro-heat configuration with a heatless alternative where operating conditions and maintenance plans make that useful.
Application considerations
Discuss desiccant drying for moisture-sensitive pneumatic processes, instrumentation and installations with a specified low pressure dew point. Air-quality requirements for direct product contact must be evaluated for the complete treatment system.
SELECTION & SUPPORT
Match drying to your process.
Share your compressor air delivery, working pressure, inlet temperature, installation environment and required air quality. We can review the dryer size, filtration, drainage and electrical supply for your system.
The required and achievable pressure dew point must be confirmed for the selected configuration and operating conditions. Send the process specification rather than assuming a single rating for every model.
Is filtration still required with a desiccant dryer?+
Yes, the filtration arrangement must match the inlet air condition and the dryer requirements. Discuss protection from oil and liquid water upstream and the need for particle filtration downstream.
Can you supply a heatless alternative?+
Heatless desiccant configurations can be discussed on request. Compare the flow capacity, regeneration demand, dew point requirement and electrical supply before deciding.
