Rated air flow capacity is the compressed-air flow the dryer can treat, not air produced by the dryer. Match the rating basis, inlet and ambient temperatures, working pressure and required pressure dew point to your system. For desiccant dryers, allow for regeneration air when assessing the net flow available to production.

SERIES OVERVIEW
Reduce moisture before compressed air reaches production.
SL AB high-inlet-temperature refrigerated compressed air dryers cool the air to condense and separate water vapour before it reaches production. Use refrigerated drying for pneumatic tools, industrial assembly and other processes with compatible moisture requirements.
The displayed selection uses AB configurations only. Catalogue flow is a starting point: dryer capacity must be checked against working pressure, inlet temperature and ambient conditions. The standard 10 bar rating is approximately 145 psi. Higher-pressure systems require an appropriately rated configuration throughout the treatment train.
01 / MATEOU
Match capacity to actual conditions
Start with compressor delivery at the working pressure, then check the dryer rating for the inlet and ambient temperatures. A dryer selected from a nominal airflow figure alone may be inadequate when the operating conditions differ from the rating conditions.
02 / MATEOU
Combine drying and filtration
A dryer addresses moisture; line filters address specified particles and oil contamination. Receiver storage, condensate drains and filter placement are part of the complete system design. Confirm the air quality required at the production equipment.
03 / MATEOU
Keep the unit serviceable
Plan the cooling airflow, drainage and access to service components. Follow the supplied operating instructions and maintain drains and cooling surfaces as required by the installation conditions.
Application considerations
Consider refrigerated drying for general pneumatic tools, industrial assembly and other processes with compatible moisture requirements. For applications needing a lower pressure dew point, compare desiccant drying and the associated filtration. For spray painting and product coating, match dryer capacity and inlet conditions with suitable moisture, oil and particle filtration.
SELECTION & SUPPORT
Match drying to your process.
Share your compressor air delivery, working pressure, inlet temperature, installation environment and required air quality. We can review the dryer size, filtration, drainage and electrical supply for your system.
Can I choose a dryer with exactly the compressor flow rating?+
Check the full rating conditions before choosing. Actual pressure, inlet temperature and ambient temperature affect usable capacity. Provide those conditions along with the compressor delivery figure.
Will a refrigerated dryer remove all oil from the air?+
Drying and oil filtration perform different functions. Specify the required air quality and the appropriate filter arrangement; a refrigerated dryer alone does not establish oil-free air.
Are larger AB configurations available?+
Higher-capacity AB refrigerated dryers can be discussed on request. Confirm the flow capacity, working pressure, temperature limits, dimensions and electrical supply for the selected unit.
