A CLOSER LOOK
A compressed air system is more than its compressor. Receiver storage helps manage demand changes; drying and filtration address the required air quality; pipework carries the supply to production. The components must be compatible with the working pressure and sized around the actual operating conditions.
MATEOU can review an integrated package or a separate compressor, receiver, dryer and filtration arrangement. For a replacement or expansion project, include the existing equipment and site layout. This makes it easier to assess which components can remain and which parts of the system need to change.
List simultaneous equipment use, required pressure, airflow and operating hours. Identify short peaks and any future capacity additions.
Set the moisture, particle and oil requirements at the point of use. Select drying and filtration for these requirements and the actual inlet conditions.
Review voltage, cooling airflow, maintenance access, condensate drainage and distribution pipework. Confirm the complete equipment scope before ordering.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Send the equipment nameplates, operating pressure, known air demand and a simple layout. Explain the current problems or planned expansion so a practical configuration can be discussed.
