PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SJKW-1 / Micro-Heat Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers

SJKW-1 has a rated air flow capacity of 1.5 m³/min / 53 CFM. Heated-purge desiccant air dryers with micro-heat regeneration for applications requiring a lower pressure dew point. Nine selected models are shown; heatless configurations can be discussed on request.

Match SJKW-1 to the compressor delivery at the actual working pressure. Its rated air flow capacity is 1.5 m³/min / 53 CFM. Inlet and ambient temperature, the required pressure dew point and the upstream air condition must be checked before the dryer configuration is confirmed.

Discuss desiccant drying for moisture-sensitive pneumatic processes, instrumentation and installations with a specified low pressure dew point. Air-quality requirements for direct product contact must be evaluated for the complete treatment system.

DRYER SELECTION

Account for your inlet conditions.

Rated air flow capacity is the compressed-air flow the dryer can treat. Final sizing depends on the rating basis, working pressure, inlet and ambient temperatures, and required pressure dew point. For desiccant dryers, include regeneration air when checking net flow to production.

Heatless desiccant configurations can be supplied on request.

Catalogue values are references. Confirm final dimensions, components and performance for the selected configuration before order.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE

Prepare for dependable operation.

01 / MATEOU

Before installation

Review the confirmed electrical specification, connections, dimensions and service clearances. Plan suitable ventilation and condensate drainage, and follow the supplied operating instructions for installation and commissioning.

02 / MATEOU

Routine care

Follow the selected dryer maintenance instructions. Check drains, filtration and the cooling or regeneration arrangement as applicable. Record running conditions and arrange replacement consumables for the actual configuration.
