Save up to 30% energy with two-stage compression compared with single-stage compression at the same delivered airflow and working pressure. Choose permanent magnet variable speed or fixed-speed operation. Variable-speed configurations mainly use Jiangtian rare-earth permanent magnet motors. IP55 motor protection is standard. The complete compressor package meets China Grade 1 energy efficiency.

SERIES OVERVIEW
Two-stage compression can save up to 30% energy compared with single-stage compression at the same delivered airflow and working pressure. Savings depend on the selected compressors and operating load. The listed SMT models cover 22–200 kW, with IP55 motors and permanent magnet variable-speed or fixed-speed drive options.
Our wider two-stage supply capability extends from 22 to 450 kW. For an existing air station, share the operating pressure, demand pattern and current equipment details. A meaningful comparison considers delivered airflow and power at the same conditions, together with cooling, air treatment, maintenance access and the future production plan.
Meet the same air-delivery requirement with less input power through two-stage compression. Compare the compressors at the same working pressure and operating conditions; actual savings depend on the selected equipment and load profile.
The listed SMT models use IP55 motor protection. The installation still requires a suitable equipment environment, cooling airflow and electrical protection. Motor protection does not make the whole package suitable for unrestricted outdoor use.
Specify variable-speed control or fixed-speed operation without an inverter. Both options can be configured around the electrical supply and operating requirements of the destination market.
Our enclosure panels are made from thick material conforming to Chinese national standards. The rigid panels help reduce resonance and provide stable support for the enclosure. Internal thermal and acoustic insulation lining helps reduce operating noise.

COMMON QUESTIONS
The online SMT selection covers 22–200 kW. Other two-stage configurations within the 22–450 kW supply range are available for discussion. Obtain model-specific performance, dimensions and electrical requirements for the proposed size.
The displayed SMT configurations use IP55 motor protection. Confirm the complete motor and electrical specification in the quotation; IP23 is not offered as a choice for these listed models.
Compare airflow and input power at the same pressure and reference conditions. Include load variation, unloading operation, operating hours and pressure losses through the existing system.
Yes. Choose permanent magnet variable speed or a fixed-speed configuration. The fixed-speed version has no inverter. Confirm the motor and electrical configuration for the destination market.
The up-to-30% comparison refers to two-stage versus single-stage compression at the same delivered airflow and working pressure. It is separate from savings due to variable-speed control. Actual savings depend on the selected machines, working point and load profile.
