SMT-40A / Two-stage screw compressors / VSD & fixed speed
SMT-40A is a 30 kW Two-stage screw compressors / VSD & fixed speed. Save up to 30% energy with two-stage compression compared with single-stage compression at the same delivered airflow and working pressure. Choose permanent magnet variable speed or fixed-speed operation. Variable-speed configurations mainly use Jiangtian rare-earth permanent magnet motors. IP55 motor protection is standard. The complete compressor package meets China Grade 1 energy efficiency.
The listed working-pressure configuration is 8 / 10 / 12.5 bar · 116 / 145 / 181.3 psi. Maximum listed air delivery is 6.1 m³/min / 215.4 CFM; use the performance row for your chosen pressure when comparing equipment. Final selection should include the production demand, operating hours and available electrical supply. Receiver storage, drying and filtration can be specified around the installation as separate system components.

Flow-based starting point using the maximum listed compressor air delivery. Standard AB dryers are rated at 10 bar; compressor configurations above 10 bar require suitable high-pressure air treatment. Final sizing also accounts for inlet and ambient temperatures and required air quality.
