The SZ all-in-one screw air compressor combines four functions in one compact 4-in-1 package: screw compressor, refrigerated dryer, receiver and precision filtration. Choose permanent magnet variable speed or fixed-speed operation without an inverter, according to local electrical requirements and the workshop air demand.

SERIES OVERVIEW
The SZ series is a 4-in-1 all-in-one screw air compressor system that combines a screw compressor, refrigerated dryer, air receiver and precision filters in one package. It saves space and reduces the number of separate units needed for a workshop air system. Choose the package by pressure, airflow and the air quality your equipment needs.
Our integrated supply range is 7.5–37 kW. The online model cards show the available power and receiver configurations, including separate 200 L and 400 L choices for SZ-20A. Receiver volume provides air storage; it does not increase the compressor air-delivery rating. Use the pressure-specific performance table to select the package.
Permanent magnet variable-speed and fixed-speed configurations are available. The fixed-speed version has no inverter and can be specified for local electrical requirements.
The all-in-one air compressor combines screw compression, a refrigerated air dryer, an air receiver and two precision filters. Air storage, moisture removal and filtration are integrated into one package; match receiver capacity, dryer duty and filter grades to the production equipment.
Choose variable-speed control for changing air demand, or a fixed-speed configuration without an inverter to match local installation requirements. Confirm voltage, frequency and phase when selecting the drive.
An integrated arrangement can reduce layout complexity, but it still needs adequate cooling air, electrical protection, condensate drainage and access for maintenance. Check the full dimensions and service clearances before allocating floor space.
Our enclosure panels are made from thick material conforming to Chinese national standards. The rigid panels help reduce resonance and provide stable support for the enclosure. Internal thermal and acoustic insulation lining helps reduce operating noise.
Consider an SZ all-in-one package for auto repair workshops, pneumatic assembly, packaging equipment and small production lines. For automotive spray painting or product spray finishing, match the included dryer and filters to the coating process air-quality requirements; additional treatment may be needed.

COMMON QUESTIONS
The SZ package already includes a refrigerated dryer. Start by confirming the included dryer and filtration against your application. A separate treatment stage may be needed for a special moisture or air-quality requirement.
Choose receiver storage by the pattern of air use, short peaks, available space and installation needs. Both SZ-20A receiver options should be compared using their confirmed package dimensions; the receiver choice does not change the motor power.
Electrical configuration must be specified before order. Tell us the voltage, frequency and number of phases, and confirm the selected configuration with your quotation.
Yes. SZ packages are available with permanent magnet variable speed or fixed-speed operation. The fixed-speed configuration has no inverter. Specify the required voltage, frequency and phase with your enquiry.
