A CLOSER LOOK
The SM series combines single-stage screw compression with a permanent magnet variable speed drive. It suits factories where air demand changes during the day. The compressor, receiver, dryer and filters can be placed separately to fit your workshop.
The online range covers SM-10A to SM-300A, from 7.5 to 220 kW. Compare the air-delivery row at your required working pressure: the same motor power does not deliver the same airflow at every pressure. Other single-stage sizes within our 7.5–280 kW supply range can be discussed for larger installations.
The drive adjusts motor speed within its operating range as air demand changes. Selection should take account of minimum demand, peak demand and daily running hours. Any energy comparison needs the actual load profile and operating pressure.
Pair the compressor with a receiver and an appropriately sized dryer. Add filtration according to the process requirements. This arrangement is useful when equipment must be placed separately or a production line is likely to expand.
Mainly BAOSI screw airends, with HANBELL or Torin Drive (Tongrun) available on request. Specify Jiangtian permanent magnet motors, IP23 or IP55 protection, and ZONCN or INOVANCE inverters to suit the installation.
Our enclosure panels are made from thick material conforming to Chinese national standards. The rigid panels help reduce resonance and provide stable support for the enclosure. Internal thermal and acoustic insulation lining helps reduce operating noise.
Suitable applications include pneumatic production equipment, packaging, general fabrication and workshops with variable air use. Check ambient temperature, ventilation and the distance to the point of use when planning the installation.
